How can a drum circle be healing?
Drumming is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. Therapeutic rhythm techniques have been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Join us for what we hope will be a once a month drum circle, facilitated by Eric Korp. Eric facilitates drum circles around the state at a variety of venues and events, and we are really excited to have him join us here. No experience necessary! If you have your own drum, feel free to bring it with you. Eric has many of his own that he will also be able to supply.
