Join HannaH & Bliss of HannaH's Field for a guided meditation. 
With the power of breath and sound we will let go of stress, clear our minds and align our energy centers. 
(Crystal Grids NOT required but bring one if you have it).  

Bio: 
HannaH and Bliss can be found with their band, performing live at Music Festivals and New Earth communities across New England. Their musical release, "Crystal Vision", includes 14 song elixirs paired up with a crystal grid and meditations to help listeners connect to love's vibration.  As a Dream Builder Life Coach, HannaH delivers programs to help people clarify their vision, tap into their power, and find their true voice. She traveled to an oceanside retreat center in Hawaii, where she received certification as a Sadhana Yoga Instructor.

Intro to Energy Healing - Part 2 - Sunday July 27 1-2PM

In this follow-up workshop, Peggy will briefly go over some of the info from Part 1 on how to balance the energy field.

Part 2 will cover long-distance healing, use of symbols, and other helpful tools. Relaxation techniques will also be covered.

Extra time will be spent on practicing energy healing on yourself and others.  

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.

Dungeons & Dragons and Board Games Days

Have you played Dungeons and Dragons in the past and would love to play again? Or want to learn about the game and give it a try?

We will run two games during the event, allowing people to observe the gameplay.  You can pop in and out as long as you keep the distraction to a minimum.

Games are limited to 5-6 players, so if you are interested in reserving a spot to play, please email Amy at amy@docwarren.org. Any unreserved spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We will also have areas set up for board games, playing cards, Magic: The Gathering, and more throughout the farm.   You're welcome to bring a game you'd like to play with others, especially one you're excited about.

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

About Rio:

Rio has over 15 years experience working with communities, individuals, and families. Over the past 5 years she has been incorporating energy modalities to more traditional social work methods. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a sound healing practitioner. Her passion lies in assisting others to return to a sense of balance, emotional freedom, and more joy in their lives. Rio practices out of 3 offices in the beautiful and verdant Farmington Valley of Connecticut.

Bring your own towel or yoga mat and small pillow to sit on, chairs will also be available for those who don't want to be on the floor/ground.

Community Counseling Receives Foundation Grant

Community Counseling and the farm are proud to announce that we have received a grant for $5000 for the Deep Roots Fund from the Maximilian E. & Marion O. Hoffman Foundation, Inc.! These funds will be used to support the free and reduced cost mental health therapy sessions to the community, provided by our licensed clinicians through the Deep Roots Fund.
