CCC/PTF Receives Main Street Community Foundation Grant!
CCC is proud to announce that we have received a Main Street Community Foundation, Women and Girl’s Fund grant! This grant will allow us to host a Weekend Wellness retreat at the farm, which will include light breakfasts and lunches, followed by wellness workshops such as sound baths, yoga, meditation, art, and more. Stay tuned for details. Participants for this program due to its grant funding must reside in one of the following towns: Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, and Wolcott.
CCC/PTF receives Wal-Mart Spark Good Grant!
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a $1000 Walmart Spark Good grant from Walmart #3548 in Waterbury! This grant will go to fund a future mini Wellness Retreat at the farm. Stay tuned for dates and details. We appreciate their generosity!
